However, respondent Nos. 2, 5 & 6 and the State respondents are represented by learned advocates.

Mr. Nayak, learned advocate representing the West Bengal Cooperative Election Commission submits that pursuant to the order dated 5th January, 2021 election was held on 5th February, 2021 as per the instruction which he received. Since the election has already been completed pursuant to the order dated 5th January, 2021 nothing remains to be decided in this writ petition.

The writ petition stands disposed of.

However, there shall be no order as to costs.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the learned Advocates for the parties on the usual undertakings.
