1. Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is not willing to pursue the writ petition any further. He hands up to Court a letter dated December 1, 2025 written by the petitioner to the learned advocate-on-record for the petitioner and submits that he has instructions to withdraw the writ petition since the issue has been settled. The said letter dated December 1, 2025 is taken on record.

2. Learned advocate appearing for the respondentsState authorities hands up to Court a document captioned as 'Payment Voucher & TDS Deduction Sheet under Jhargram District' dated November 14, 2025 and submits that the grievances of the writ petitioner have been redressed. It is submitted that

since payments due to the petitioner have been released and as such the writ petition has become infructuous. Photocopy of the document dated November 14, 2025 submitted by learned advocate for the State is taken on record.

3. In view of the aforesaid, WPA 4208 of 2025 is 'dismissed as withdrawn'.
