This is the second such occasion when none appears for the petitioners at the time of call. On December 16, 2022, the matter was fixed today as a last chance for the petitioners to appear. Since none appears on behalf of either of the parties when the matter is called on for hearing today as well, W.P.A. No. 1068 of 2016 along the IA No. C.A.N. 1 of 2022 are dismissed for default without, however, any order as to costs.

Interim order, if any passed in the matter, stands automatically vacated.
