Learned counsel appearing for the respondent authorities submits that the DIN (Director's Identification Number) deactivation period has already expired.

Since the said deactivation itself was under challenge in the writ, in view of such expiry, the writ petition has become infructuous.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the respondent authorities further that in view of nonsubmission of KYC, only the reactivation has not yet taken place and shall immediately ensue as and when the KYC is resubmitted.

Accordingly, WPA 3377 of 2022 is disposed of as infructuous without any order as to costs.
