Petitioners seek anticipatory bail.

Considering the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioners therein, we grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

Accordingly, we direct that in the event of arrest, the petitioners shall be released on bail upon furnishing a Bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) each with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer and also subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 and on further condition that the petitioner No.1 (Nilkantha Halder), petitioner No.2 (Sourav Halder), petitioner No.3 (Buddhadeb Halder) and petitioner No.4 (Rajkumar Halder) shall report before the Investigating Officer till the conclusion of the investigation and the petitioner No.5 (Suchitra Halder) shall cooperate with the investigation and that the petitioners shall appear before the jurisdictional Court and pray for regular bail within four weeks

from date.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is allowed.

CRM (A) 977 of 2022 is, thus, disposed of.
