This revisional application has been filed by the petitioner for a direction upon the learned District Judge, Uttar Dinajpur at Raiganj to dispose of the Misc. Case No.06 of 2020, being an application under Section 24 of the Code of Civil Procedure arising out of Matrimonial Suit No.80 of 2014.

The husband is the petitioner before this Court and prays for an order upon the learned District Judge to dispose of the said application expeditiously.

Without going into the merits of the claims of the husband/petitioner for transfer, this revisional application is disposed of with a direction upon the learned District Judge, Uttar Dinajpur at Raiganj to expedite the hearing of the Misc. Case No.06 of 2020 and dispose of the same within a period of two months from the next date fixed. The learned court below will proceed independently and in accordance with law without being influenced by any

observations made hereinabove. An opportunity should be given to the opposite party/wife to contest the said proceeding.

The petitioner is directed to serve a copy of this revisional application along with a server copy of this order upon the opposite party within a week from date. The revisional application is disposed of.

There will be, however, no order as to costs. Urgent Photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties on priority basis. (Shampa Sarkar, J.)
