Apprehending arrest in connection with Bamangola P. S. Case No.172 of 2020 dated 22.09.2020 under Section 186 of the Indian Penal Code read with Sections 14A(a)/14(b)/14( C ) of the Foreigners Act and Section 12 (VI) of the Cattle Trespass Act and Section 11 of Prevention of Cruelty to Animal Act, the petitioner has filed the instant application for anticipatory bail.

The learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that his client does not intend to press this application.
