It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he is in custody for about 455 days. Learned Advocate for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits case has been committed to the Court of Sessions. We have considered the materials on record. There are ample materials implicating the petitioner in the murder. His bail prayer was rejected earlier. Case has been committed to the Court of Sessions. Under such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.

The application for bail is thus rejected.
