Mukherjee, learned Advocate representing the respondent nos. 1 and 2, the registered company, submits that challenging the action of the concerned respondent in deactivating the Director Identification Number (DIN) for the period starting from 2018 to 2023, the present writ-petition has been preferred.

3. He submits that the order, by which the DIN was deactivated, has lost its force with the passage of time and the writ-petition has become infrucutuous.

4. In view thereof, WPA 4160 of 2021 is 'dismissed as infructuous'.

5. Connected applications, if there be any, shall also stand dismissed.
