1. At the time of hearing it is submitted on behalf of the writ petitioners that it has been instructed by the writ petitioners not to proceed with the instant writ petition on account of happening of some subsequent events.

2. It is submitted that while dismissing the instant writ petition for non-prosecution liberty may be given to the writ petitioners to file afresh on the self-same cause of action.

3. Prayer is allowed.

4. WPA 3780 of 2024 is dismissed for non-prosecution.

5. Liberty is given to the writ petitioners to file similar such writ petition on the self-same cause of action if so advised.

6. With the dismissal of the instant writ petition all pending interlocutory applications, if there be any, are disposed.

7. Interim order, if there be any, stands hereby vacated. (Partha Sarathi Sen, J.)
