1. Challenging the E-Auction notice as well as the notice issued by the concerned Bank under Section 13(4) of the SARFAESI Act, 2002, the present writ petition has been preferred.

2. Due to existence of efficacious alternative remedy, the present writ petition cannot be entertained.

3. Accordingly, the same is dismissed, however, without any order as to costs.
