In the matter of : Sohini Majumdar ..... petitioner Ms. Juin Dutta Chakraborty Ms. Tanuta Guray ....For the petitioner The petitioner seeks an expeditious disposal of the proceeding being Complaint Case No. 526 of 2019 filed by her under Section 23(2) of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005 pending before the Court of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate at Barasat.

It appears that the opposite parties have not yet entered appearance in the said proceeding and no report has been received by the learned Magistrate in the Court below with regard to the service upon them.

The case was adjourned on different dates due to resolution taken by the Bar and on December 3, 2020, the learned Magistrate fixed June 19, 2021 for service return. Since the petition was filed in the year 2019, I dispose of this revisional application with a direction upon the learned Magistrate in the Court below to make an endeavour to expedite the hearing of the complaint case being C Case No. 526/2019. The revisional application being CRR 339 of 2021, is disposed of.
