Learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was falsely implicated.
Learned Advocate appearing for the State submits that there are serious allegations of cheating as against the petitioner. The amount of involvement in excess of Rs.25,00,000/-. Learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner himself as a victim of fraud.
Considering the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioner therein, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
The application for anticipatory bail, being CRM (A) 981 of 2022, is rejected.
