1. This is an application for condonation for delay. There is a delay of 45 days in preferring the instant review application.

2. Considering the averments made in paragraphs 3 and 4 of the application, this Court is satisfied with the explanation offered for not being able to prefer the memorandum of review within the period of limitation.

3. Accordingly, the application for condonation of delay is allowed.

6. It appears from the e-court services portal that both the suits, namely, the Matrimonial Suit No.1172 of 2022 and Matrimonial Suit No.444 of 2024 are fairly at the advanced stage and are pending before the same Court. Thus, the order dated November 24, 2025 applies to both the suits and the learned Trial Judge is requested to decide both the suits together and analogously on the basis of the evidence and the documents already on record.

7. Accordingly, the review application is disposed of.

8. In view of disposal of the review application, the connected application is also disposed of.

9. Affidavit of service is taken on record.
