The subject matter of challenge in the revisional application was the order dated 20th September 2011 passed in connection with SC 03(08)10 corresponding to ST 4(9)11 arising out of Beniapukur Police Station Case No. 11 dated 8th January 1998. In view of the report so submitted the pendency of the revisional application is unwarranted, as it reflects that judgment has already been delivered and the present petitioner has expired during pendency of the revisional application. Accordingly, CRR 414 of 2012 is dismissed.

Pending application, if any, is consequently disposed of. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
