It is submitted that the cause title of the order dated April 22, 2025 has been inadvertently recorded as 'SUKANTA KR. DAS VS. BASUDEV' instead of 'Sukanta Kumar Das & Ors. vs. Basudev Dhara & Anr'.

Let the said correction be deemed to stand incorporated in the order dated April 22, 2025 for all practical purposes. 3.

The other portions of the said order dated April 22, 2025 shall stand unaltered.
