Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody for 57 days. He submits that no overt act can be attributed to the petitioner. Learned advocate appearing for the State submits that investigation is yet to be completed and the petitioner is involved in the instant case.

Considering the gravity of offence and the involvement of the petitioner therein, we are unable to grant bail to the petitioner.

The prayer for bail is rejected.

CRM (DB) 563 of 2022 is disposed of.
