1. Appeal is at the behest of the writ petitioner and directed against an order dated February 7, 2025 passed in WPA 2445 of 2025.

2. The entirety of the impugned order is as follows:- "Let the Corporation file its report in terms of the order dated October 4, 2024 within a period of two weeks from date.

List this matter after two weeks under the same heading."

3. Writ Petition is yet to be finally decided.

4. All that learned Single Judge required is Howrah Municipal Corporation to file its report in terms of Signed By :

the order dated October 4, 2024 within the period stipulated.

5. To our mind, no right, title and interest of any parties to the writ petition was decided by the order impugned.

6. We are not in a position to find the present appeal to be maintainable in view of no right of any of the parties to the writ petition being decided by the order impugned before us.

7. FMA 277 of 2025 along with connected application are therefore dismissed without any order as to costs.
