Mr. Anindya Ghosh Mr. Pronojit Roy ...for the petitioners Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits as follows. The petitioners had mistakenly approached this Court seeking transfer of a case from the Court of learned Additional Session Judge, Amta, Howrah to the Court of the learned Additional Session Judge, Uluberia, Howrah although the trial had not started in the present case. It will be appropriate for the petitioners to seek transfer before the learned Session Court, Howrah. The petitioners would not like to press this application and would instead prefer an application under Section 408 of the Code before the learned Session Court, Howrah.

In view of the above, the revisional application is disposed of as not pressed.
