The petitioners participated in the recruitment for the post of Assistant Teacher conducted by the DPSC, North 24 Parganas in the year 2009.

They seek the benefit of the order dated April 25, 2024 in WPA 20966 of 2022 (Kakali Mondal & Ors. Vs. State of West Bengal & Ors.).

The writ petition has been filed on April 9, 2023 within the cut off date mentioned in the aforesaid order, the petitioner shall, therefore, be entitled to the benefits of the said order dated April 25, 2023 on the same terms and conditions.

In view of the above, the writ petition being WPA 3486 of 2023 is disposed of.
