The revisional application has been preferred praying for expeditious disposal of injunction application filed 31.07.2024 and Ejectment Suit No. 5 of 2024 pending before the learned Civil Judge (Sr. Divn.) at Sealdah.

Considering the relief prayed for service is dispensed with and the revisional application is dispose of with the direction that the trial Court shall make all endeavour to dispose of the suit expeditiously preferably within 6 months from the date of communication of this order by passing a reasoned order in accordance with law.
