This application is listed at the instance of the plaintiff praying for direction upon the learned Additional District Judge, 6th Court at Alipore to dispose of Probate Case No.19 of 2023 which has been renumbered as OS No.82 of 2023 expeditiously. From the order-sheets appended to the revisional application, this Court finds that 28th of February, 2025 was fixed for hearing of the application dated 19th of December, 2024 and for filing objection in the meantime.

In view thereof, C.O.549 of 2025 stands disposed of by requesting the learned Additional District Judge, 6th Court at Alipore to take up the hearing of the application dated 19th December, 2024 on the next date fixed, if the same is still pending and

to make an endeavour to dispose of the same as expeditiously as possible without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties. There shall be no order as to costs.

Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties expeditiously on compliance of usual legal formalities.
