Learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody in excess of three years. Learned Advocate appearing for the State submits that the jurisdictional Court fixed dates for recording of evidence commencing in the month of April 2022.

Considering the fact that commercial quantity of narcotic was seized from the possession of the petitioner and considering the fact that there is hardly any change in circumstances subsequent to the earlier order of rejection, we are not inclined to grant to bail to the petitioner. CRM (NDPS) 241 of 2022 is rejected.
