1. The limited prayer of the writ petitioner is for a direction upon the Tribunal to expedite hearing of the Original Application bearing O.A. No. 271 of 2022.

2. It is well known to the writ petitioner as well as this Court that the State Administrative Tribunal is non functional since September, 2025 for want of any member.

3. Having regard to the axiomatic factual circumstance there is no scope today for giving any direction for expeditious disposal. The Court can only observe that when the Tribunal is constituted, the petitioner would be at liberty to move the Tribunal with an application for expeditious hearing for consideration of the Tribunal. It is expected that the Tribunal would consider the same without any undue delay.

4. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
