The Court is informed that petitioner nos. 1 and 3 surrendered before the jurisdictional Court. Petitioner nos. 2 and 5 were arrested and 4th petitioner is still absconding and that there is a prayer for issuance of writ of proclamation and attachment made as against the 4th petitioner. There is no material change in circumstances subsequent to the earlier order of rejection of the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner no. 4. Moreover, prayer for issuance of writ of proclamation and attachment was made before the jurisdictional Court.

In such circumstances, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

Prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is rejected.

CRM (A) 700 of 2023 is dismissed.
