The West Bengal Madrasah Service Commission And ANR v. Champa Rani Paul And ORS
M.A.T. 164 of 2021 Dl.
1.
July 29, Mr. Khairul Alam, ...for the petitioner.
Mr. Prosenjit Mukherjee, Mr. Nirmalya Kumar Das, Ms. Madhurima Sarkar, ...for the alleged contemnor.
In view of the memo dated July 13, 2021 issued by the Ramnagar High Madrasah (Higher Secondary) to the effect that no recommendation in the name of Champa Rani Paul has reached to the Madrasah authority from the West Bengal Madrasah Service Commission, we are of the opinion that it is a clear case of contempt of our order dated March 11, 2021.
However, before issuing a rule of contempt against the alleged contemnor, we give an opportunity to the alleged contemnor to comply with our order.
For such purpose, we adjourn this matter till August 5, 2021 at 12-55 p.m.
An affidavit of compliance shall be filed on the adjourned date of hearing. The alleged contemnor shall also remain present on the adjourned date.
