And In Re : Ranjit Das ...... petitioner Mr. Uttam Kumar Ghosh ....for the petitioner Mr. Sudip Ghosh Mr. Bitasok Banerjee ....for the State There are materials in the case diary emphasising the need of custodial interrogation of the petitioner. In such circumstances, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected and the application being CRM (A) 701 of 2023 is dismissed.
