The petitioner is in custody since August 22, 2020 in connection with the aforesaid case. Commercial quantity of contraband (Ganja) has been recovered from the exclusive possession of the petitioner. In view of the restrictions imposed under Section 37 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, the petitioner is not entitled to bail.

As such, the prayer for bail is rejected.

The application being CRM 1608 of 2021 accordingly dismissed.
