We have considered the materials on record. Petitioners assaulted the victim resulting in fracture of the head and internal injury in the brain tissue. In view of gravity of the injury and prima facie involvement of the petitioners therein, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to them.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners stands rejected.
