1. By way of this Public Interest Litigation, the petitioner seeks for rescinding the order dated 19.12.2023 which is relating to tagging/de-tagging the order under challenge and relates to fair price shop of one Sanjib Das.

2. Learned Government Pleader appearing for the State submitted that that the said Sanjib Das has filed an independent writ petition challenging the order dated 19.12.2023 and there is no interim order on the said writ petition.

3. Thus, by way of this Public Interest Litigation, we cannot interfere with the said order when the aggrieved persons themselves have approached this Court challenging the said order.

4. Hence, the prayer as sought for by the petitioners in this writ petition are rejected and the same stands dismissed however without any order as to costs. (T. S. Sivagnanam) Chief Justice (Hiranmay Bhattacharyya, J.)
