No. 29 KAUSHIK REJECTED C.R.M.(A) 702 of 2023 In Re:- An application for anticipatory bail under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure in connection with English Bazar Police Station Case No. 1598 of 2022 dated 20.10.2022 under Sections 476/468/471/120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

And In Re : Subho Saha ...... petitioner Ms. Minoti Gomes ....for the petitioner Ms. Faria Hossain Mr. Asif Dewan ....for the State The petitioner, apparently, involved in a racket of issuance of false caste certificate.

Materials in the case diary suggest immediate custodial interrogation of the petitioner.

In such circumstances, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected and the application being CRM (A) 702 of 2023 is dismissed.
