The order proposed to be passed in the present application under Article 227 of the Constitution of India would not cause of any prejudice to the opposite parties, as such, service of notice of the present revisional application upon the said opposite parties is dispensed with.

The petitioner has initiated a proceeding under Order XXXIX Rule 2A of the Code of Civil Procedure registered as Misc. Case No. 323 of 2018 before the 3rd Court of learned Additional District Judge at Barasat, District : 24 Parganas (North) alleging violation of the ad interim order of injunction passed in Misc. Appeal No. 75 of 2018. The petitioner is complaining inordinate delay in disposal of the said misc. case and is praying a direction upon the learned Trial Judge for expeditious disposal of it.

The misc. case was initiated in the year 2018. Considering the nature of the proceeding

which requires expeditious disposal, the learned Court of 3rd Additional District Judge, Barasat, District : 24 Parganas (North) is requested to dispose of the said misc. case as expeditiously as possible and in doing so shall not entertain the prayer of the parties for any unnecessary adjournment.

The petitioner is required to communicate this order to the opposite parties within a week from date.

CO 389 of 2022 is disposed of with the above terms without any order as to costs.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the party subject to compliance of all requisite formalities.
