The petitioner is challenging the legality and propriety of the appointment of the private respondent no. 5 as an Assistant Teacher at Kachurhola F.P. Primary School, a school under Minakha Circle of North 24-Parganas District Primary School Council.

Learned advocate for the State files the instruction dated February 24, 2025, which he has received from the District Inspector of Schools (P.E.), District - 24 Parganas (North), the respondent no. 3 herein; let it be kept with the record. It appears from the said instruction that the respondent no. 5 was appointed in compliance with the order of the co-ordinate Bench of this Court passed in W.P.C.R.C. 81(W) of 2016. The petitioner has filed the instant writ petition claiming to be a social worker, he is a busy body and the writ petition is based on unwarranted allegation against the respondent no. 5. W.P.A. 3613 of 2025 therefore is dismissed without any order as to costs.
