Learned advocate appearing for the State produces a report. Let the same be kept on record.
It is submitted by the State that the petitioner has complied with the conditions of bail and nothing adverse is available against him at the moment.
We have seen the order dated 2nd March, 2020 passed in CRM No.1564 of 2020 granting interim bail to the petitioner with conditions, as contained therein.
We have heard both sides and considered the report of State. Upon successful compliance of the conditions of bail, we are of considered view that the bail granted by order dated 2nd March,
2020 passed in CRM No.1564 of 2020 may be confirmed, and accordingly same stands confirmed.
The petitioner is, however, directed not to intimidate the witnesses and tamper with the evidence in any manner whatsoever and ensure his appearance on each date of hearing of the trial before the learned court below.
Accordingly, the application being CRM No.1564 of 2020 stands disposed of.
