Hence, in the 5th line of the 3rd paragraph at the first page of the order dated 14th February, 2022 the respondent Nos. should be read as 2 and 7. Let this correction be incorporated in the order dated 14th February, 2022.

This order should be treated to be a part of the order dated 14th February, 2022. Rest of the said order will remain same.

The time for considering the representation of the petitioner is extended by another two weeks.

In Re: CAN/1/2022 Since this Court does not have the determination to hear the application, liberty is given to the parties to mention the matter before the appropriate Bench (Moushumi Bhattacharya, J.)
