Pursuant to the order dated November 25, 2024, the State is represented and submits that the petitioner upon instructions has been directed to furnish all the bank details in order to receive the claimed amount.

In view of the above, WPA No.3608 of 2024 stands disposed of by granting liberty to the petitioner to furnish all the bank details to the concerned State authorities. If such details are made available, the State shall make payment in accordance with law within seven days from the date of receipt of the details in view of the instructions of the State.

A certified copy of this order, if applied for, shall be made available to the parties.
