Ms. Amrita Tewari ... for the State-respondent(s) The principal grievance of the petitioner is that although the police authorities found that cognizable offence has been made out on the basis of the accusations made by him and, to that extent, registered Joynagar P.S. Case No.

20 of 2025 dated 08.01.2025, but, they are not putting any effort for investigating the case in a proper manner.

State has submitted a report regarding the steps taken by the investigating officer of the case.

The records of the case reflect that the case was initiated on 8th January,

2025.

Having considered the nature of the offence complained of and the documents so involved, the investigating authorities, at this stage, cannot be said to be at fault until and unless there has been proper ascertainment regarding the documentary evidence collected in course of the investigation.

Having regard to the same and the grievance of the petitioner, I direct the police authorities to put in efforts so that the investigation can be taken to its logical conclusion within a reasonable period of time.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 3664 of 2025 is disposed of.

Pending application(s), if any, is also disposed of.

Report so submitted be kept with the record. A copy of the report be handed over to the learned advocate for

the petitioner.
