The order further directed the revocation of the petitioner's directorship, pursuant to Rule 44(e) and Rule 44(2) of the West Bengal Co-operative Society Rules, 2011. Without addressing other aspects of the case, this Court observes that the petitioner was simultaneously holding the position of Director in three Central Cooperative Societies. This fact has not been disputed by the petitioner. In view of this, the Court is not inclined to interfere with the order under challenge.

Accordingly, WPA 3650 of 2024 is dismissed.
