The alleged contemnors, namely, Sri Nileshwar Bhattacharya and Smt. Soma Pal, are personally present before us with their respective affidavits of compliance. The alleged contemnors have tendered their unconditional apology and regret for not complying with our order. The affidavits are taken on record.

In view of compliance of order dated February 28, 2019 passed in W.P.L.R.T. 20 of 2019, we dispose of the contempt application.

The rule of contempt is, accordingly, discharged. Needless to mention that if the petitioners are aggrieved with the order passed by the authorities concerned, they shall be at liberty to take appropriate steps in accordance with law. There will be no order as to costs.
