Shree Gobinddeo Glass Works Limited and others Mr. Sayan Sinha Mr. Nilanjan Bhattacharya Mr. Adil Naser ... for the petitioner This is an application for a direction upon the learned Judge, Commercial Court at Rajarhat, District North 24 Parganas, to dispose of the money suits being MS 47/2022(CC), MS (COM) 76/2024, Money Suit No.19 of 2006, expeditiously. From the order sheet appended to the civil revisional application, it appears that 27th February, 2025 was fixed for hearing of the application under Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure.

In view of the order sought and proposed to be passed there is no necessity to issue notice upon the opposite parties. However, the learned advocate for the petitioner shall be obliged to forward the copy of this application along with this order upon the opposite parties or their learned advocates representing the opposite parties before the learned trial Judge.

It has been submitted by learned advocate appearing for the petitioner that suit is otherwise ready for hearing.

In the light of the aforesaid submission made by the learned advocate for the petitioner, the learned Commercial Court at Rajarhat, North 24 Parganas, is requested to take up hearing of the application filed under Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure on the next date fixed i.e. on 27th February, 2025 and dispose of the same expeditiously without granting any unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties. The learned Judge is further requested to dispose of the suit expeditiously without granting any unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties.

CO 551 of 2025 stands dispose of. There shall be no order as to costs.

Urgent photostat certified copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties, upon compliance of all necessary formalities.
