The petitioners undertake to affirm and stamp the petition as per the Rules within a month of resumption of normal functioning of the court. The petition is taken up through video conference on the basis of such undertaking.
The application being CRAN 1 of 2020 is disposed of. Supplementary charge-sheet enclosing chemical report has been submitted.
In the light of the aforesaid development and in view of the materials on record disclosing prima facie involvement of the petitioners in dealing in narcotic substance above commercial quantity and in the light of the statutory restrictions under Section 37 of the NDPS Act, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners. CRM 1582 of 2020 is disposed of.
The parties shall act in terms of the copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court.
