1. The present case was taken up earlier on 3rd March, 2025. On that day the matter was adjourned on account of there being no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Today again when the matter is taken up, the situation is the same. There is none to represent the petitioner, nor any accommodation is sought for. It appears to us that the petitioner has lost interest to proceed with the case.
