Learned advocate for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that out of the 25 witnesses, 18 witnesses have already been completed and seven more witnesses - majority of whom are formal witnesses, are to be examined.

Having considered the advanced stage of the case, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Hence, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is Rejected.

Accordingly, CRM(M) 476 of 2026 is dismissed. Pending application(s), if any, is also disposed of.
