From the order-sheets appended to this civil revision application it appears that an application under Order 39 Rule 7 of the Code of Civil Procedure is pending.

In view of the order sought and proposed to be passed, there is no necessity to direct issuance of notice upon the opposite party. However, the learned advocate for the petitioner shall be obliged to forward a copy of this application, along with a copy of this order, upon the opposite party or his learned advocates representing him before the learned trial Court.

Learned Civil Judge (Sr. Division), 3rd Court, Barasat is requested to dispose of the application under Order 39 Rule 7 of the Code of Civil Procedure, if the same is otherwise ready for hearing, as expeditiously as possible without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties. With the above direction, CO 553 of 2025 stands disposed of.
