The State of West Bengal The matter appears on mentioning for correction of the name of the appellant in the order dated April 21, 2023. The name of the appellant in the above order was erroneously written as Rohim Sardar. It would be read as Robin Sardar. The department placed a lay note contending inter alia that on the earlier occasion an administrative notice was issue upon the appellant. The notice was returned unserved with a note that the son of the appellant namely Kamal Sarder and the local people informed that the present appellant has died since long. No death certificate is available with its report. Considering the entire circumstances, it appears that the sole appellant namely, Rabin Sardar has expired during the pendency of the instant appeal. Consequently, the instant appeal is hereby disposed of as abated.
