Guha Thakurta .....for the respondent no. 4 Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted a written instruction wherein it appears that the dispute between the parties has been amicably settled out of Court and in view of the said settlement the petitioner company is not willing to proceed with the case and has prayed for release of the bank guarantee which was furnished by the company in compliance of the Court's order dated 30.01.2015.

Learned counsel for the respondent no. 4 is present. The instruction placed be kept with the record.

In view of the submission made by the petitioner the writ application is disposed of as 'withdrawn'.

In view of the writ petition being withdrawn the bank guarantee furnished by the petitioner with the Registrar General be released accordingly.

Pending applications, if any, stands disposed of.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
