It appears that on the basis of the complaint lodged by the petitioner and the order of the learned Sub-Divisional Executive Magistrate under Section 144(2) of the Cr.P.C., an enquiry was made by the Officer-in-charge, Entally Police Station and the respondent nos. 5 & 6 were directed not to disturb the petitioner.
The police authorities are maintaining a sharp vigil at the scheduled premises.
Under such circumstances, the remedy of the petitioner as available under the law shall be availed of.
The police authorities shall ensure that the respondent nos. 5 & 6 do not harass the petitioner in any way and law and order is maintained.
The writ petition is disposed of.
There shall be no order as to costs.
Parties are to act on the server copy of this order.
