Birulia, Block Nandigram II, District Purba Medinipur.

Learned advocate representing the State respondents submits, upon instruction that, the enquiry has already been conducted and the petitioner shall be intimated the fate of the enquiry within a fortnight.

In view of the above, the instant writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondent No. 8 being the Additional District Magistrate, Purba Medinipur, Salgachia, Tamluk to communicate the petitioner the fate of her application for grant of no-objection certificate and the Retail Selling Licence at the earliest, but positively within 5th May, 2022. Writ petition is disposed of.

Affidavit of service filed in Court is taken on record.
