It has been pointed out by the learned advocate representing the petitioner that in first page first paragraph last two lines, in third page last line, in fourth page second paragraph fifth line and in fifth page running paragraph last line the date has inadvertently been transcribed as 6th March, 2005 in place of 8th March, 2005.

Let the date mentioned in the aforesaid places in the order dated 22nd February, 2023 be read as 8th March, 2005 instead of 6th March, 2005.

Department is directed to make necessary correction.

This order forms part of the order dated 22nd February, 2023.
