Leave is granted to the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner to rectify the cause title. Learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has preferred an application on January 11, but such representation was not considered by the District Inspector of Schools, South 24-Parganas till date. Mr. Vaisya, learned Counsel appearing for the School Council is present.

Heard both the parties.

The learned Advocate-on-record of the petitioner is requested to serve a copy of this writ petition along with a copy of this order to the District Inspector of Schools, South 24-Parganas.

The learned District Inspector of Schools is requested to consider the representation dated January 11, 2021 after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and allowing the petitioner to produce all necessary documents before him at the time of hearing.

The District Inspector of Schools is requested to pass a reasoned order within a period of 12 weeks from date and the District Inspector of Schools is also requested to communicate such decision to the petitioner at an earliest.

The writ petition is disposed of, however, no order as to costs.

Since no affidavits have been invited, the allegations contained in the writ petition are deemed to have been denied.
